Accomplice, Your Partner in Time, is a virtual assistant application and an internet sharing service, designed for busy professionals. Accomplice lets you pull together scattered to-do’s and related information, prioritize and break them into actionable steps, coordinate them with your teams, and focus on doing what’s critical – instead of what’s at the top of your inbox.
Accomplice is effective for individuals as well as for teams. It’s much more capable than a to-do list and far simpler than a project management system. Virtual teams can assemble as needed and align their objectives quickly and intelligently, then communicate changes and updated information as things evolve.
While it works great as a standalone system, Accomplice can also leverage products that you may already use, such as Outlook (or Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora), Excel, and your browser. For instance, you can turn an email into a manageable, trackable activity. Accomplice also works on- or off-line, and syncs with Windows Mobile, Palm or Blackberry devices (via your Outlook, for now).
Accomplice also offers rapid searching, powerful note taking, auto-updating activity lists, and automatic backups from your U3 Smart drive.
