Nine Minute Math combines the concept of flashcards and electronics to provide a highly effective means of learning the basic math facts (+, -, x, & ÷) in a series of short sessions integrated by a database.  This tool takes a lot of the “hassle” out of learning numbers. 

Student Friendly
Only four clicks to begin a session, variable time goals apply but not time limits, tips, bells to herald accomplishments, a pseudo car race, completion certificates, and progress displays are among the features designed to encourage the student. 

Variable Scope

Efficient and Effective
A sophisticated process assures that 1) facts are presented in the order of complexity, 2) facts easily handled by a student are quickly dismissed, 3) based on errors detected problem facts are presented more frequently, 4) facts are otherwise randomly selected, and 5) mastery of a fact is achieved when the student has provided a string of twelve correct responses.  When an error occurs it is promptly brought to the student’s attention with a display of the correct answer and a re-presentation of the fact.
